Terms and Conditions for Donation to Fondation Buddhism – Diamanten put

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms describe the rules for providing the DONATION BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD service (the SERVICE) between Fondation Buddhism – Diamanten put, referred to below as Buddhism Diamond Way Foundation, registration number 175366468, address Sofia 1164, 50 Tsanko Tserkovski Str., and cardholders, referred to below as DONORS.

1.2. The Service allows DONORS to make donations by credit or debit card.

2. Rules of the donation

2.1. The donor chooses the cause or project to support.

2.2. The donor chooses an amount from a predefined list. Free entry of an amount is not offered. For an amount outside the list, please write to us at webmaster@diamondway.bg.

2.3. Donations are made in euro (EUR).

2.4. The donation is used by Buddhism Diamond Way Foundation only for the stated causes, in accordance with its statutes.

2.5. A completed donation is not subject to cancellation or refund. The only exception is a proven technical error — a duplicated transfer or an amount other than the one the donor confirmed. In such a case please write to us at webmaster@diamondway.bg, quoting the donation number.

2.6. Buddhism Diamond Way Foundation does not deduct any fees or commissions from donations.

2.7. Buddhism Diamond Way Foundation does not publish donors' details on the site.

3. Confidentiality

3.1. Buddhism Diamond Way Foundation undertakes to keep correspondence confidential and not to disclose personal information provided through this site, except where required by law.

3.2. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

3.3. No personal data is collected for bank transfers — the page with the transfer details asks for no name, email or other information.

4. How the donation is made

4.1. For a card payment the request contains: the chosen cause, the chosen amount, the donor's name, an email address for the confirmation, and consent to these Terms.

4.2. A bank transfer involves no personal data. The donor receives the bank account details and the payment reference.

4.3. Card payments are processed through the virtual POS terminal of UniCredit Bulbank, operated by BORICA AD. Card details are entered on the bank's own page and never reach Buddhism Diamond Way Foundation.

5. Information after the transaction

5.1. On a successful transaction a message is shown and a confirmation is sent to the email address given.

5.2. On an unsuccessful transaction a message is shown with the reason, as far as the bank has provided one.

6. Records

The following are kept by Buddhism Diamond Way Foundation for 10 years under the Bulgarian Accountancy Act:

6.1. the authorisation response from BORICA AD;

6.2. the document evidencing the donation.

7. Donor's rights

7.1. To use the service in accordance with these Terms.

7.2. To request and receive information about the service — reports on donations made and on their effect.

7.3. To exercise the rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

8.1. These Terms may be amended. The version in force at the time of a donation applies to that donation.
